Visualize from start to end the laboratory testing processes and identification of non-value add items so that emagine could provide best practice solutions for process optimization.
A Value Stream Map workshop was completed with the client’s working team. All activities were visualized, focusing on information, process, and time flow. Value Add, and Non-Value add steps were outlined, and corrective actions were assigned to eliminate waste and improve duration.
