emagine’s overall score was 86 out of 100, 60 % above the industry average for IT consultancies. Our highest-performing sustainability score were within Environment and Labour & Human Rights themes, followed by those in Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.
“After just one year, I am extremely proud of our leap from Silver (top 15 %) to Platinum rating (top 1%), which is a significant improvement. Our ESG efforts have focused on enhancing our employees’ well-being, working with policies, actions and training, such as labour and human rights, health and safety, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Refurbishment and recycling of IT equipment have also been one of many other actions”, says Jesper Diget, Group Chief People Officer, responsible for HR, ESG, Legal & Compliance.

The Platinum medal is EcoVadis’ highest ranking, placing the IT consultancy in the top 1 % of the 130.000 companies rated in the past year.
The EcoVadis assessment evaluates 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
The EcoVadis Platinum rating is the highest level of recognition a company can receive from the global sustainability rating platform. This honour is reserved for organisations demonstrating exceptional performance across a comprehensive range of sustainability criteria.
EcoVadis’ business sustainability ratings are based on international sustainability standards, such as the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, and the ISO 26000 standard.
The ratings provide an evidence-based analysis of performance and an actionable roadmap for continuous improvement.
