emagine acquires Skillspark and expands service offering within nearshoring solutions and remote consultancy services

Today we announce the acquisition of the consultancy firm Skillspark. As Skillspark becomes part of emagine, we further strengthen our business model and take an important step towards creating a leading European consultancy firm within business and IT.
This new partnership unites Anders Gratte and Zoran Covic, both Swedish business leaders who are recognized as pioneers in the development of flexible freelance-based IT consultancy services in the Nordics.

Zoran Covic, CEO of Skillspark, previously led the Swedish publicly listed Ework Group from 2013 to 2021, during which time the company’s revenue soared from 333 million euros to 1.2 billion euros. In 2021, Zoran Covic established Skillspark, which now has six offices in five countries and an extensive international network of freelance consultants.
