Today, emagine proudly announces its acquisition of the German IT firm, Allgeier Experts. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in emagine’s mission to expand its high-end consulting services offering across Europe and solidify its presence in the German market.

The acquisition of Allgeier Experts is expected to close in November and is subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities and the fulfilment of customary closing conditions.
